All Boat owners should undertake some training in the use of their boat. Knowing how to competently park your boat, launch and recover your boat and successfully recover a man overboard are all essential boating skills. Rib-X has teamed up with The University of Southampton RYA training centre to bring you Rib-X Training.
 
Own boat tuition where you will be taught how to use YOUR Rib-X. The basic course covered is the RYA National Powerboat certificate which takes two days and frequently results in a discounted insurance premium.
 
£395 per boat for own boat and up to three students for tuition based in Southampton and the Southampton Water/Solent Area.

School boat tuition can also be arranged in the University of Southampton owned and operated training boat which is a Rib-X eXpert 5.2m with a 75hp outboard for an additional fee.
